At home. From scratch. And it is sodeliciousican’tevenstandit.
It is fromage blanc, which means fresh white cheese. It goes with everything.
It tastes like a very sharp mozzarella, but with the consistency of a creamy feta.
It is spreadable, but kinda crumbly to be considered a spread.
And it is only about 4 hours old. It will be delicious around lunchtime tomorrow.

Also on YouTube, where I found it. Word to the wise: the first step, bringing the whole milk to 175 F, takes forever. And keep stirring! I can’t believe how quickly the milk gets a skin.

I bet it’s fattening. It looks all crumbly there, does that mean you didn’t have to cut it?
